Enhanced Job Card
Activating ServiceM8 14 will automatically activate the Enhanced Job Card, if it wasn't activated in your account already.
ServiceM8 14 sees a range of improvements to the Enhanced Job Card, including:
- Checklists & Tasks — Diary Record: See assigned tasks in the Diary, just like the original job card.
- Checklists & Tasks — Notification on Completion: Get notified when a task you assigned to someone has been completed — like it was before!
- Checklists & Tasks — Copy & Paste: Easily copy a checklist from one job to another. You can also copy a checklist from a document, or paste one to your Invoice Description.
- Checklists & Tasks — Assign & Remind: Simply hover & click next to a task to assign it, or set a reminder. Edit the same way!
- Apply Job Template: You can now apply a Job Template to an existing job, after it's been created.
- Save to Diary: Save Quote & Invoices to the job’s Diary, without needing to draft or send an email.
If you’ve been using the original job card, you’ll find that ServiceM8 14 improvements to the Enhanced Job Card carries over many of its most popular features — while being significantly faster, more intuitive, and more flexible.

How to deactivate the Enhanced Job Card
After reviewing the improvements, if something about the Enhanced Job Card still doesn't work for you, for now it's still possible to go back to the original job card, without deactivating the entire ServiceM8 14 launch — to do so, go to Account > Features & Integrations > and deactivate the ‘Enhanced Job Card’ add-on. Please take the time to let us know what didn't work for you.
How to deactivate ServiceM8 Launch 2025
After activating ServiceM8 14, there will be a 'ServiceM8 Launch 2025' add-on in the ServiceM8 Add-on store.
So, if something about ServiceM8 14 doesn't work for you, you can deactivate the launch by turning off this add-on.
